Why I Built EG Dynamics.

After more than 25 years leading learning, revenue enablement, and executive communication for Fortune 500 companies and high-growth startups, I saw the same challenge everywhere. Then I experienced it myself after a corporate restructuring.
AI helped candidates earn interviews. It didn't help them earn trust. That's why I built EG Dynamics.
